Job description

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you are responsible for all duties needed to manage the incoming inventory and process orders by customers.

This includes picking, sorting, packing, and shipping orders. Also keeping track of the inventory of products, and planning strategies to improve order fulfillment procedures are part of the role. Moreover, as a fulfillment specialist, you will need to keep good communication with the rest of the team and recommend changes for improved performance.


  • You manage the incoming inventory through various partners.
    • With great care, you handle all the incoming products and packaging materials and place them in our storage room according to the guidelines.

    • You check, count, and administrate the new and existing inventory, and you restock all the shelves.

    • You pay attention to detail and make sure all information is placed correctly in the database.

    • You have excellent scheduling skills and alert stakeholders if it appears that the SLAs can not be met.

  • You are responsible for handling the incoming orders and returns from our customers.
    • On a daily basis, you make sure that the orders are picked correctly and in a timely manner.

    • You know how to work in different systems, like Shopify, Google Sheets, etc.

    • You have attention to detail, you make sure that every order is packed with care and love for an outstanding customer experience.

  • You continuously improve the existing logistic and fulfillment processes and focus on operational excellence.
    • You know the ins and outs of the fulfillment process.

    • You know our customer base and our company values and help in further improving the Fulfillment and Logistics domain towards scaling.

  • You identify process inefficiencies in the Fulfillment and Logistics domain and recommend changes for improved performance.

  • You report on a regular basis to the Head of Operations and the team during the Weekly meeting.
    • You help set and achieve the SLAs for your domain.

    • You keep a clear record of the domain and personal performance.

    • You create reports and dashboards and keep track of them.

    • You have great problem-solving skills and

    • You communicate transparently and know when to alert your direct report or ask for help.

  • The ability to be proactive with strong attention to detail

  • Location: Amsterdam HQ. (Due to the responsibilities it is not possible to work remotely)

  • Available per 1st of September 2022

  • European working permit required
