How we hire
Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure we make the right decision and to help you to decide if we're the right fit for you.
Getting to know you
Before we can start with planning interviews, recruitee will send you some general questions in order to check a potential fit to NOWATCH.
First interview
In the first call, the Lead will learn about you and your story. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.
Second interview
In this face-to-face meeting with your direct lead and stakeholder, we will dive deeper into your experience, skills, talents and cultural fit. Depending on the role, we go over an assignment and/or meet other members of the (leadership)team. And of course, there's plenty of room to ask your questions.
Final chat
You made it to the last stage! We will go over the final details of our future relationship and you will receive an offer. After which the onboarding stage will start and you will be paired with a NOWATCH Culture Council buddy.
